We were victims of the August 9th flooding. We couldn't get a hold of our insurance company, so we submitted an online claim. We did the best we could and as quickly as we could to minimize the devastation, but without someone to remove the demolition debris, mold was beginning to form. I called several places, one of them agreed to take over the demo work and remove the garbage. They showed up for an estimate, left and they never called back. Desperate, I continued my search. I came across Crown Junk Removal. I spoke to Carl. I explained to him the situation and, on several occasions, he reassured me that he would send someone the following day. True to his word, despite the fact that all of his staff was out helping clients, Carl, who usually works in the office, showed up with Patrick, to remove the debris. They removed everything I asked them to, and very quickly. I will be forever grateful for their help and for keeping their commitment when others wouldn't. I whole heartedly recommend Crown Junk Removal to anyone and everyone that needs help after this devastating event. They will certainly be my go to company for all my needs, including moving, should the need ever arise. Thank you Carl and Patrick, sincerely from the bottom of my heart.
